Adding Medicines

Go to Pharmacy › Medicines › Add Medicine. Enter the name, generic name, strength, form (tablet, syrup, etc.), and price. You can upload a photo and mark it active or inactive.

Pro Tip: Keep generic names accurate — they appear in the prescription builder and help identify alternatives.
2

Tracking Stock

Go to Pharmacy › Stock / Inventory to see stock levels per medicine. Add stock entries with batch number, quantity, purchase date, and expiry date. Items are sorted by expiry so you always see what's running out first.

Important: Keep expiry dates accurate — items near expiry are flagged automatically.

Batch-Level Tracking

Each stock purchase is logged as a separate batch entry. If the same medicine arrives in two deliveries, each is tracked independently. This lets you trace which batch was dispensed if a quality issue comes up.
