1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DentDock! By using our platform, software, and services (the "Service"), you agree to the rules described in this agreement. Your use of DentDock is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and manage your data.

2 User Accounts

• Age Requirement: To manage a clinical account, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (usernames and passwords).
• Security Responsibility: You must use strong passwords and secure login methods. We recommend multi-factor authentication where available.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3 Services Description

DentDock is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for dental clinic management. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time to reflect platform improvements or changing market conditions.

4 Pricing & Payments

• Recurring Billing: Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Failed Payments: In case of payment failure, our system will automatically retry. If the payment remains unresolved after 3 business days, your clinical dashboard access may be suspended until the balance is paid.
• Add-ons: Specialized feature packs or add-ons may be purchased separately. These are linked to your main subscription and are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5 Subscription & Cancellation

• Changes: You are free to upgrade your subscription plan at any time through your clinical dashboard.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Data Preservation: Even if your subscription ends and you choose not to renew immediately, we do not delete your clinical data. Your records are safely preserved, and you can resume your service at any time by simply purchasing a new plan to regain access.

6 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DentDock for any of the following restricted activities:

• Illegal Activity: Violating any local or international health regulations or laws.
• System Abuse: Hacking, bypassing security, or attempting to damage our infrastructure.
• Spam: Using the platform's communication tools to send unsolicited messages.
• API Usage: Excessive automation or bypassing API rate limits. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits and throttle or block requests that exceed acceptable usage thresholds.
• Fake Data: Creating fraudulent patient records or falsifying clinical credentials.

7 Data Protection & Security

Protecting clinical data is our highest priority:

• Encryption: We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and best practices for data at rest.
• Backups: We perform automated daily backups of clinical databases. Backups are provided for operational recovery purposes and are not guaranteed for individual data restoration.
• Breach Notification: In the unlikely event of a verified data breach, we will notify affected clinic administrators without undue delay.

8 Data Ownership

All clinical data, patient records, and medical files uploaded to DentDock belong entirely to the clinic owner. DentDock acts as a data processor on your behalf.

9 Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in illegal activities.

No Refunds on Termination: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining subscription period.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DentDock and its parent company, Mojumder IT, harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or clinical data.

12 Disclaimer

We strive to maintain high availability and performance across our infrastructure. However, DentDock is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Medical Liability: DentDock does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are solely the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes related to these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
