Update your info, change your password, enable two-factor login, and manage active sessions.

Editing Your Profile

Click your name or photo in the top-right and go to My Profile › Edit Profile to update your name, phone, and photo. You can crop the photo directly in the browser.

Pro Tip: A clear profile photo helps teammates recognize you in the system.

Changing Your Email or Password

Go to My Profile › Preferences › Security. You'll find separate forms for updating your email and password. Both require your current password to confirm.

Note: If you change your email, verify the new address before it becomes active.

Setting Up 2FA

Go to Preferences › Two-Factor and click "Enable 2FA". Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm. After this, you'll need the code on every login.

Important: If you lose your authenticator app, you can verify via your registered email to disable 2FA. If you've also lost email access, contact our support team — they'll verify your identity and disable it manually.

Managing Active Sessions

Go to Preferences › Sessions to see every device logged into your account — with IP address and last active time. Revoke any session you don't recognize immediately.

Pro Tip: Check sessions regularly, especially if you've used shared or public computers.
