SMS Templates

Go to Templates › SMS Templates to create reusable message drafts for common situations — appointment confirmations, payment reminders, follow-ups. Pick a saved template when composing a message instead of typing from scratch every time.

Pro Tip: Use placeholders like {patient_name} and {clinic_name} to personalize bulk or automated SMS without extra effort.

Invoice Templates

Go to Templates › Invoice Templates to choose or customize your invoice layout. DentDock includes system templates ready to use. You can set one as active — it will be applied to all new invoices you print or export.

Note: Changing the active invoice template doesn't affect invoices that were already created.

Prescription Templates

Go to Templates › Prescription Templates to select a print layout. System templates (Classic Minimal, Modern Professional, Clinical Standard) are ready to use. For custom templates, upload your clinic letterhead as a background image and position the content on top.

Pro Tip: If you use physical printed prescription pads, scan one and upload it as your custom template background — prescriptions from DentDock will print perfectly aligned on top.
